Preventative Health Practices

Overall, I would rate my preventative practices relatively high. I know that there is always room for improvement but I feel that I am headed in the right direction. The preventative measures that I take for my health are avoiding tobacco, alcohol and drug use, exercising at least four times per week, getting enough sleep most of the time, always wearing my seat belt and receiving preventative care from my doctor. I, also, use nonviolent methods for conflict resolution.
The preventative health measures that I could do better with are eating a more balanced diet; though I eat relatively healthily I would like to improve the amount of fresh vegetables that I eat. I would also like to include a daily multivitamin, just to make sure that I am getting all of the required vitamins and minerals. I have to balance my social time with a very busy schedule; I do try to find time to relax, which is usually by spending time with the people that I share common interest with, such as my teammates and doing yoga; these activities help me relax and are beneficial to my mental wellness.
